The total delivery time is calculated from :

receipt of payment, download of print data, production lead time and dispatch lead time.

The following points should be taken into account:

Payment : prepayment is the only method of payment with which production does not begin until payment has been received. Please take this into account when calculating lead times.

Receipt of print data: Once you have sent all the data and it has been checked by our graphics department, the data will be processed for production. If the data does not meet our specifications, there may be delays.

Production lead times (creation): these vary from item to item and depend on your choice. We will provide you with an estimated lead time as soon as we receive your order and/or printing data.

Production times (embroidery & flocking): these vary from item to item. We will provide you with a range of lead times as soon as we receive your order and/or printing data. Delays may occur with our suppliers, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Shipping: shipping depends on the shipping company you choose. This can vary from 24 hours to 5 working days, depending on your choice.

Working days are Monday to Friday, with Saturday, Sunday and public holidays NOT considered working days.

Example:
Order a "deco & design" item from stock, standard delivery, before 10pm (CET), payment by credit card, 48h delivery by Bpost - 2 to 5 working days by Mondial Relay.

Production of a fully customized textile item: depending on manufacturing difficulty and availability of chosen fabric.
Production time: 5-10 working days
Delivery time: 2-5 working days
