The total delivery time is calculated from:

payment receipt, printing data download, production time and shipping time.

To this end, the following must be taken into account:

Payment Pre-payment is the only payment method where production only begins after payment has been received. Please take this into account when calculating lead times.

Receiving print data Once you have sent all the data and it has been verified by our graphics department, the data will be processed for production. If the data does not meet our guidelines, there may be delays.

Production times (creation) These vary from one item to another and depend on your choice. We will give you a time frame once we receive your order and/or print data.

Production Times (Embroidery & Flocking) These vary from one item to another. We will give you a time frame upon receipt of your order and/or print data. Delays may occur with our suppliers for which we cannot be held responsible.

Dispatch The delivery time depends on the shipping company you choose. This can vary from 24 hours to 5 working days depending on your selection.

Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive, with Saturday, Sunday and public holidays NOT being considered working days.

Example:
Order for a «deco & design» item from stock, standard delivery, before 10 PM (CET), payment by credit card, 48-hour delivery by Bpost – 2 to 5 working days by Mondial Relay.

Production of a fully personalised textile article: depending on the manufacturing difficulty and the availability of the chosen fabric.
Production times: 5-10 working days
Delivery times: 2-5 working days
