Your right of withdrawal

As a Consumer, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the distance contract without needing to state your reasons.

2. This 14-day period begins from the day you – or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you – take physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day you – or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you – take physical possession of the last good.

3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means

4. To ensure the withdrawal period is met, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

We will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the delivery charges, within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may postpone reimbursement until we have recovered the goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

6. During the withdrawal period, you will take the greatest care of the delivered products and their packaging. You will only unpack the products to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep them or not. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will return the products to us with all their delivered accessories and in their original condition and packaging.

7. Customised textile items (embroidery or flocking) will not be accepted for return under any circumstances and will not be eligible for any refund.
